Bulk cement tank truck, bulk cement truck is also known as cement tank truck and powder material truck. A vehicle with a closed cargo compartment and automatic unloading device for transporting bulk cement. Mainly used in cement plants, cement warehouses and large construction sites, it can save a lot of packaging materials and loading and unloading labor. There are three types of bulk cement trucks, introduced:
① Gravity ash unloading truck: the earliest bulk cement truck. It is made of an ordinary dump truck with a closed cargo compartment roof. When unloading, the cargo compartment is tilted up and the cement is automatically discharged by gravity. This ash unloading method can only unload the cement to a position lower than the carriage. When unloading, the cement will fly and the blanking area will be large.
② Mechanical ash unloading truck: began to be used in the 1950s. It uses a screw conveyor installed on the car to unload ash. By adjusting the height of the screw conveyor, the cement can be unloaded to positions of different heights and can reduce cement flying. However, the ash unloading parts are prone to wear due to direct pushing of cement.
③Pneumatic ash unloading truck: It appeared in the 1960s and is relatively easy to use. The maximum load capacity of this kind of car is nearly 100 tons. Its cargo compartment is a tank-type container, which is placed upright or reclining on the car frame. The horizontal tank has a lower center of gravity, makes the car more stable, and is widely used. The tank body is welded with steel plate or aluminum plate, or it can also be made of fiberglass. The upper part of the tank has one or more ash-adding openings along the length of the tank, making it easy to fill the entire tank. The dust loading port can double as the entrance and exit for maintenance personnel. There is a cement fluidization device at the bottom of the tank. The vehicle is equipped with an air compressor for unloading ash. When unloading ash, compressed air is sent into the tank from the bottom of the tank, divided into fine streams through the breathable layer of the cement fluidization device, and evenly filled with cement to form an air-cement mixture. Under the action of the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the tank, the cement moves along the The discharge pipe is leaking. The pneumatic ash unloading method has the advantages of fast ash unloading, less flying dust, flexible long unloading pipes can be used to unload materials at any height and distance, and can be operated in the open air on windy and rainy days.
