I. Equipment Introduction
The wet and dry road sweeper is a sanitation equipment that integrates dry and wet sweeping functions, suitable for a variety of environments and road conditions. It drives the hydraulic oil pump and fan through the auxiliary engine, uses the sweeping disc to sweep the garbage to the front of the suction nozzle, and then sucks the garbage into the garbage bin through the high-speed airflow generated by the fan. This equipment is also equipped with a sprinkler system, which can spray water to reduce dust during wet operations.
II. Inspection before use
1. Check the chassis: Make sure that the chassis air pressure is sufficient, and the air pressure should not be less than 0.6MPa.
2. Check the auxiliary engine: Confirm that the auxiliary engine oil is sufficient and there is no oil leakage.
3. Check the water tank: Before wet operation, make sure the water tank is full of water.
4. Check the garbage bin: The garbage bin should be empty and not damaged.
5. Check the connection of each component: Make sure all connection parts are tight and not loose.
III. Operation steps
(I) Dry operation
1. Start the auxiliary engine and adjust the speed to the working state (1900-2200rpm).
2. According to the cleaning needs, operate the control box to adjust the position of the sweeping disc and the suction nozzle.
3. Drive the vehicle and maintain a cleaning speed of 3-10km/h.
4. Observe the garbage bin. When the garbage is full, drive the vehicle to the garbage unloading point, operate the control box, lift the garbage bin, and dump the garbage.

(II) Wet operation
1. Start the auxiliary engine and adjust the speed.
2. Turn on the sprinkler system and adjust the water spray pressure and nozzle position according to the road conditions.
3. Operate the control box, adjust the sweeping disc and the suction nozzle position, and start the cleaning operation.
4. After the operation is completed, turn off the sprinkler system and lift the suction nozzle into place.
IV. Precautions
1. **Run-in period**: The run-in period for new vehicles is 10 hours, and the auxiliary engine speed shall not exceed 2000r/min.
2. **Operating environment**: When working in dry mode, pay attention to avoid dust; when working in wet mode, pay attention to the pressure and amount of water sprayed.
3. **Garbage dumping**: When dumping garbage, ensure that the wheels are level to avoid garbage residue.
4. **Equipment maintenance**: Clean the filter regularly and check the wear of each component.
V. Maintenance
1. Regular oil change: The auxiliary engine and hydraulic system oil need to be changed regularly.
2. Clean the filter: Clean the filter in time after operation and keep good ventilation.
3. Check the water tank: Check the water tank regularly to prevent scale accumulation.
4. Equipment storage: When storing, the water tank should be emptied to avoid freezing and cracking.
The wet and dry dual-purpose road sweeper is suitable for a variety of scenarios such as urban roads, industrial parks, and construction sites with its high efficiency and environmental protection. Correct use and maintenance of the equipment can effectively improve cleaning efficiency and extend the service life of the equipment.
