The car carrier can be made into different lengths according to customer needs. The frame is a welded I-beam, and the entire body is fully automatic submerged arc welding and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding. After welding, shot peening is carried out to eliminate welding stress and improve the adhesion of the paint surface, so that the quality is stable and the appearance is beautiful. The upper chassis can be divided into two or three pieces, and the height is adjusted by hand winches and oil cylinders. The closed front piece is covered with stamped small corrugated plate, the side is covered with small corrugated plate or stamped corrugated plate, and the top is equipped with a canopy rod and a canopy cloth. The whole vehicle is equipped with a toolbox, a spare tire rack, and a drip brake system to improve the safety of vehicle transportation.

Classification of car carriers
According to the body structure of the car carrier, we can divide the car carrier into three structures: skeleton type, semi-enclosed type and fully enclosed type. According to the rear axle structure of the car carrier, we can divide the car carrier into double-axle single tire type, double-axle double tire type, etc.
Frame type, that is, the side panels are composed of pillars, without side panels, front panels, rear doors and top panels. This type of car carrier has light weight, low cost and low fuel consumption, but it is inconvenient to transport goods and the car is easily damaged.
Fully enclosed car carrier, that is, the side panels and front panels are enclosed with panels, with rear doors, and the top panel is a canopy pole and tarpaulin type. This type of car carrier has heavy weight, high cost and high fuel consumption, but it can protect the car and transport other goods;
Semi-enclosed car carrier, that is, there is no top panel, and its characteristics are between the two.
Double-axle single-tire car carrier, that is, the rear axle is a double-axle structure, each axle has 2 tires, a total of 4 tires. The axle of this structure is designed as a concave bridge, so that the perforated plate above the axle is very low to the ground, increasing the loading space.
Double-axle double-tire car carrier, that is, the rear axle is a double-axle structure, each axle has 4 tires, a total of 8 tires. The axle of this structure is designed as an ordinary axle and adopts a reverse-mounted suspension device, so that the porous plate above the axle is very high from the ground, generally 1250mm, which affects the loading space, but increases the carrying capacity.
