1. Vehicle lifting operation sequence: Open the tarpaulin or box cover - open the rear door locking device - depress the clutch with the transmission in neutral and wait for 5 seconds - combine with the power take-off - shift to low gear ( 4th gear and below) - Put the air control valve handle in the raised position - Release the clutch and the vehicle starts to lift. You can step on the engine accelerator appropriately but it must be controlled within 1500 rpm - When the cylinder reaches the maximum stroke or the limit valve works Place the air control valve handle in the neutral position.
2. Vehicle descent operation sequence: Depress the clutch and wait for 5 seconds - Disengage the power take-off - Disengage the transmission gear - Release the clutch - Slowly turn the air control valve handle from the parking position to the descending position (Dayun The pneumatic control valve of the hydraulic lifting system of the rear-turning dump semi-trailer is a proportional control valve, which can control the descending speed of the oil cylinder. The closer the handle is to the lowering position, the faster the cylinder descends) - wait 30 seconds after the car body is completely lowered to turn on the pneumatic control valve. The valve handle is in the neutral position.
3. Precautions for lifting the dump semi-trailer
3.1. The hydraulic cylinder of the Dayun rear-turning dump semi-trailer is a special lifting cylinder. It is strictly prohibited to use the cylinder as a stable support for the car body;
3.2. The cylinder should not be exposed to the air for more than 2 hours in the lifted state (no more than 30 minutes in humid air), otherwise it will cause oxidation and corrosion of the cylinder barrel;
3.3. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble and adjust the relief valve on the lift valve, otherwise the hydraulic system will lose its safety protection function and cause an accident;
3.4. When loading cargo, ensure that the vehicle is loaded evenly from front to back and left and right. Loading cargo too far forward will cause the hydraulic system to be overloaded. Loading cargo too far back will cause the vehicle to tilt and roll over during unloading. Unbalanced loading of cargo to the left and right can easily strain the cylinder and roll over. ;
3.5. When unloading the vehicle, be sure to ensure that the unloading ground where the vehicle is located is solid and flat in the front, rear, left and right, the vehicle remains level and the main vehicle and trailer are in a straight line;
3.6. During lifting operation, the operator cannot leave the operating position, and no one is allowed to stand or walk near the working area;
3.7. During the lifting operation, the operator must pay attention to the influence of lateral wind. Because the longer side of the dump semi-trailer body, the force of lateral wind acting on the surface of the body will cause the vehicle to roll over;
3.8. The cargo carried in the vehicle should not be higher than the rear door (unless it can be guaranteed that it will not block the rear door) and the rear door locking device must be opened before lifting and unloading. Otherwise, the cargo will be crowded at the rear of the vehicle during unloading, causing the vehicle to tip over;
3.9. When unloading when the temperature is below 0 degrees, be sure to pay attention to whether the goods are frozen, otherwise the vehicle will roll over due to left and right imbalance when unloading;
3.10. Do not move the vehicle with the carriage lifted, and do not use sudden braking to unload sticky goods, otherwise it may cause the vehicle to roll over or damage the cylinder;
3.11. If the lifting angle of the car body reaches about 25 degrees (the car body has been lifted halfway) and the goods in the car body have not been unloaded, please be sure to stop lifting and check the cause of sticking;
3.12. If you feel that rollover may occur during lifting, be sure to stop lifting and lower the car slowly;
3.13. After waiting for about 30 seconds for the car body to fall completely, be sure to put the air control valve handle in the neutral position. Do not drive the vehicle in the lowered position to prevent all the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder from flowing back into the hydraulic oil tank, causing cylinder cavitation and fuel tank spray. oil problem;
3.14. When the vehicle needs to be lifted for maintenance or repair, please make sure that the vehicle is safely supported. Working under a vehicle that is not safely supported will be life-threatening.
