Flatbed semi-trailers have no side panels on the vehicle and are widely used. They are mainly used for medium and long-distance freight transportation.
Features
1. The flat-bed semi-trailer walking structure is made of high-strength international steel; the vehicle is light in weight and ensures its anti-torsion, anti-seismic and anti-bump capabilities to meet different road load-bearing capacities.
2. The frame of the series semi-trailers is a beam-through structure, and the longitudinal beams are straight or gooseneck. The web height ranges from 400mm to 550mm, the longitudinal beams are welded by automatic submerged arc welding, the frame is shot peened, and the cross beams penetrate the longitudinal beams and are welded as a whole.
3. It is composed of tandem dry leaf springs and suspension supports, with reasonable structure, strong rigidity and strength, and is used to support loads and buffer shocks.
Maintainance
After buying a semi-trailer, regular routine maintenance of the semi-trailer is a "compulsory course" for car owners. However, due to the uneven quality of the auto repair market, some "black auto repair" companies have identified the weakness of car owners' general lack of knowledge about semi-trailer maintenance, adding unnecessary items when customers maintain their vehicles, or shortening the mileage of parts replacement, in order to make profits; while most Because the car owner did not understand the real situation, he did not even know that he had been deceived.
First, wash
When the semi-trailer does not catch fire easily, the throttle valve may be dirty, and the repair shop will recommend you to do "three cleanings". Nowadays, many small repair shops on the street advertise "professional no-disassembly cleaning". First use "professional no-disassembly cleaning fluid" to clean the air intake, commonly known as "beating the bottle", then clean the throttle valve, spray the carburetor cleaning agent on it, and wipe off the black dirt, which can be seen and touched, and it takes a lot of time. It was not in vain, I paid 100 yuan for the labor time.
After three washes, the problem disappeared. In fact, as long as the throttle valve is washed, most of the problems can be solved. Moreover, the really effective way to clean the air intake duct is to completely dismantle it and wash it like a range hood. However, it is very troublesome for maintenance workers to do it. They think it is troublesome but not profitable.
Second, replace the spark plug
When the oil volume increases, consider replacing the spark plug. Generally, repair shops will recommend replacing it every 20,000 to 30,000 kilometers. In fact, this depends on the quality of the spark plug. Ordinary spark plugs should be replaced every 40,000 kilometers, while platinum and iridium spark plugs should be replaced every 60,000 to 80,000 kilometers.
Here is a way to save money: buy a spark plug yourself, it only costs a few tens of yuan, and the most expensive one is only a hundred yuan. Then find a medium-sized shop and spend ten or twenty yuan to watch it installed with your own eyes.
This also has a greater advantage, which is to prevent the repair shop from installing used spark plugs removed from other people's cars into your car.
Third, the engine
The engine is the heart of a car. People who don't know much about cars are very afraid of the "heart neck" of a car. If a car emits blue smoke, it's a big deal.
When we sent it to the repair shop, they said the engine needed to be overhauled, so we had to obediently hand the car over to them. But what they do may only solve minor problems such as aging of valve oil seals, worn and stuck piston rings.
If you drive normally in the city, the engine overhaul should wait until after 100,000 to 150,000 kilometers, when the car feels dull and unable to pick up speed.
