The operation process of bulk cement tank trailer mainly includes two parts: loading and unloading. The following are the specific operation steps and precautions:
Loading operation steps:
1. Inspection and preparation: Before loading, check and remove the dust and slag in the tank body and the discharge pipe, and ensure that the pipes and valves are flexible to open and close without blockage or leakage.
2. Exhaust: Before opening the loading port, open the exhaust valve to eliminate the residual air pressure in the tank.
3. Loading: Turn on the level switch in the tank, and stop loading immediately when the level emits a full-level sound signal.
4. Loading completed: Clean the bulk cement tank truck before closing the feed port to ensure the performance of the engineering machinery sealing treatment technology product.
Unloading operation steps:
1. Parking and preparation: Park the vehicle on a flat unloading site, install the unloading pipe, close the unloading pipe butterfly valve and the pressure relief pipe ball valve, open the secondary air duct and connect the compressed air.
2. Pressure: When pressurizing the tank, make sure that the discharge valve is in the closed state. When the air pressure in the tank reaches the discharge pressure, the secondary air nozzle valve should be slightly opened before opening the discharge valve, and the opening of the secondary air nozzle valve should be adjusted to adjust the optimal ratio of air and cement.
3. Discharge monitoring: During the discharge process, the pressure gauge pressure changes should be observed. If the pressure rises suddenly and the air hose is blocked and no more material is discharged, the air supply should be stopped and the compressed air in the pipe should be released, and then the blockage should be cleared.
4. End of discharge: Open the air release valve, release the remaining air in the tank, and close all valves. There should be no pressure in the tank during the driving of the vehicle.
Notes:
- **Safety inspection**: Before operating the cement tanker, a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle is required, including the integrity and working condition of the tires, brake system, lights, tank body and other components.
- **Environmental protection**: During loading and transportation, attention should be paid to environmental protection to avoid cement leakage and environmental pollution.
- **Moisture and waterproof**: Check and confirm that the feed port cover is closed tightly regularly, and do not allow water or humid air to enter the tank, especially in rainy, foggy and other humid weather.
- **Equipment maintenance**: Check and maintain the air compressor regularly to ensure the speed and efficiency of loading and unloading.
The above steps and precautions cover the basic operation process of bulk cement tank trailers, ensuring the safety and efficiency of operation.
