Recently, the scientific and technological achievement of the "Dual-car linkage intelligent transport vehicle for wind turbine blades" independently initiated by Chengdu Hangfa Robot Co., Ltd. has been reviewed by the expert group and has been evaluated as "internationally advanced level".
The Hangfa Robot wind turbine blade dual-car linkage intelligent transport vehicle, which has been rated as "internationally advanced level", is highly advanced and innovative, and can provide effective solutions for wind turbine blade transportation problems worldwide.
The review expert group consists of 7 industry experts from Sichuan University, Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu University, Xihua University, Sichuan Jincheng Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., and China Testing Technology Research Institute.
This achievement is based on the principle of dual-car linkage. Through the control system, two transport carts can simultaneously carry the blade tip and blade root to achieve straight, turning, oblique, lateral, in-situ rotation and compound motion functions, thereby realizing more convenient and safe transportation of blades. This achievement has obtained 9 related intellectual property rights.
The technical readiness level of this scientific and technological achievement has reached commercial promotion-TRL10 level, which means that this wind turbine blade dual-car linkage intelligent transport vehicle has formed large-scale production. At present, this product has been applied to many projects of many companies such as Sinoma Wind Power, Shuangrui Wind Power, Sany Wind Power, and Times New Materials, and users have given good feedback.
With the continuous increase in global energy demand, the development and utilization of new energy is a major measure to solve the energy crisis, and wind energy has become an important energy source to replace traditional fossil fuels. As the core component of wind power generation equipment, the manufacturing, transportation and installation of wind turbine blades have always been a major challenge. The emergence of the wind turbine blade dual-vehicle linkage intelligent transfer vehicle has solved the problems of weak carrying capacity of conventional equipment, difficult operation of the transfer process, safety hazards of personnel operation, and poor energy saving and environmental protection in the process of wind turbine blade transportation. In order to meet the production index requirements and improve overall efficiency, the use of heavy-duty transport vehicles to replace human labor will become the choice of most wind power companies.
In the future, AERON Robotics will continue to help the innovation and progress of wind turbine blade manufacturing technology and promote the sustainable development of the wind energy industry.
